Description
Bosch is hiring a Quality Customer Engineer for Semiconductor Products to manage customer communication on quality-related topics, improve customer satisfaction, and handle and track customer claims in SAP, QPIT, and related systems. The role focuses on SiC claims for ME customers through distributors and requires close cooperation with Chinese and German quality teams, an analysis lab, and the Chinese sales team. Candidates need a university degree in technical subjects or another university degree plus five years of technical experience, several years of experience in quality, manufacturing, development, or project management, quality and claim-management experience, customer-communication experience, and workable English.
