Description
The Customer Relations Associate greets and assists walk-in customers at Servco Lexus Honolulu, maintains a professional showroom environment, records customer and floor activity information, answers phone calls, and supports scheduled appointments and deliveries. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least six months of customer service, receptionist, or clerical experience, typing ability of 35 words per minute, Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong communication skills, and a Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule. The pay range is $16.00 to $19.45 per hour.
