ICF Habitat is hiring a Customer Relations Manager Apprentice for a one-year full-time apprenticeship starting in September 2026. The role supports tenants throughout their residential journey by managing lease files, monitoring tenant accounts, handling pre-litigation and unpaid-rent situations, managing rental complaints, improving tenant satisfaction, and maintaining accurate data in internal tools.
