Description
The Customer Relationship Associate serves as a front-line laboratory contact, receiving and processing samples, coordinating with clients and laboratory teams, managing project logistics, maintaining sample storage and records, communicating technical data, and supporting timely and accurate test results. The role requires a degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field, technical understanding of environmental testing, strong client service and project-organization skills, and familiarity with FDA and EPA regulatory requirements. The position is based in a general office environment, may require less than 20% travel, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
