Description
The District Retention Manager builds and protects customer retention programs across a district, supports product managers, leads branch retention meetings, analyzes revenue trends, ensures call and review targets are met, improves customer relationships, and grows revenue across products and geographies. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent business qualifications, at least four years of Expeditors or industry experience, client-business-planning and team-management skills, knowledge of Expeditors operating systems and Microsoft Excel, and fluent English and Japanese communication skills.
