ContactXpert is hiring a Customer Retention Sales Representative to manage existing customers, reactivate former customers, and sell newspaper and digital subscriptions. The role involves calling customers, advising them, handling objections, documenting conversations, and using structured onboarding and coaching. It offers full-time, part-time, or working-student positions, with a base salary plus performance-based commission and possible gross earnings of €2,400 to €4,000+ per month. German fluency, phone communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn are required; prior sales experience is welcome but not required.
