The Shipping Associate supports customers with shipping, Amazon returns, UPS and other carrier pickups, and unpackaged returns in a retail store. The role involves customer engagement, explaining shipping options, preparing packages, maintaining the shipping area, managing supplies, and performing additional store duties.
