Description
The role serves as the operational interface between customers, dispatch, sales, and accounting. It involves receiving, processing, and coordinating customer inquiries and orders, preparing and tracking quotations, advising and supporting customers from order intake through transport execution, and maintaining customer and quotation data in relevant systems. The position requires a completed logistics or comparable commercial qualification, strong communication and customer orientation, coordination and prioritization skills, and the ability to work under pressure; logistics experience is advantageous.
