IPG is hiring a Customer Sales Support Representative to manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, process and expedite orders, communicate delivery status, solicit orders from existing customers, fill pool trucks, and resolve complaints. The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of customer service or related experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong math and communication skills, and familiarity with AS400 and packaging industry systems; an associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
