Description
SGS is hiring a Customer Service Advisor at Ballybrit Industrial Estate to support a government service for the Small Public Service Vehicle industry. The role handles incoming customer calls, schedules vehicle inspections, manages booking amendments, processes payments through a CRM, updates customer records, follows scripts and data-protection procedures, and communicates with internal departments. It is a Monday-to-Friday 9:00–5:30 position at €14.30 per hour, with a requirement for a leaving certificate or FETAC 5 skills certificate, at least one year of customer service experience, and a valid work permit or visa to work in Ireland.
