NTG Air & Ocean GmbH is hiring a full-time, permanent Customer Service Airfreight Import specialist in Filderstadt near Stuttgart. The role manages air freight imports from end to end, including customs clearance, customer and international communication, quotations, documentation, SOP follow-up, tracking and tracing, and invoicing. Candidates should have several years of comparable air freight import experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics, along with commercial vocational training or a business administration degree, strong German and English skills, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
