National Dentex is hiring a full-time Customer Service & Case Entry Representative at NDX Thayer Dental Laboratory in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The role handles incoming dental case scheduling, customer calls, case documentation, invoicing, packing, shipping, and local case disbursement, while also maintaining a clean work area and supporting supply requests. The position runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, subject to change, and offers health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid leave, a 401K contribution, and tuition reimbursement. No prior experience is required, while a high school diploma and dental terminology knowledge are preferred.
