US Foot & Ankle Specialists is hiring a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to support its Foot Orthotics Department. The role processes orthotic work orders from an online portal, enters and maintains accurate order information in an internal database, answers and routes phone calls, responds to basic inquiries, maintains records, and assists with general clerical tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior healthcare or orthotics experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.
