Auto Glass Now is hiring Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associates for experienced and entry-level positions. The role handles walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers; creates estimates, quotes, and invoices; answers phones and calls; provides customer service; assists with parts returns and documentation; confirms mobile-job materials before dispatch; and manages accounts. Paid training is provided, with at least $15 per hour during training and up to $18 per hour after training, plus full-time and part-time schedules, health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) company match, paid time off for full-time employees, and same-day pay options.
