The Customer Service Associate greets and educates customers about Thoroughbred Express car wash services and benefits, assists with payment, directs drivers, performs vehicle inspections, maintains and cleans equipment and the facility, and supports the smooth operation of an automated car wash. The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather, and the ability to lift items weighing 10 pounds or more.
