The Customer Service Associate handles fast, accurate point-of-sale transactions, provides welcoming customer service, maintains merchandising and store safety standards, and supports Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota’s mission. The role requires open availability across days, nights, and weekends totaling at least 35 hours per week, with a typical full-time schedule of 35–40 hours.
