Description
The Customer Service Associate processes specialty, promotional, EDI, and key-account orders; invoices designated accounts; closes open sales orders; cleans up open items with Accounting; and supports order entry, returns, credits, and departmental projects. The role pays $21–$23 per hour and is remote for employees living more than 40 miles from Nordic Naturals headquarters in Watsonville, California, while employees within the 40-mile radius are expected to travel to headquarters three days per week. The position requires strong computer, communication, customer-service, and organizational skills, along with a business, science, or related bachelor's degree or four years of related experience.
