Description
Tempo-Team is hiring a Customer Support Employee to handle customer questions by phone, email, and chat, provide honest product advice, resolve complaints, enter customer details into a system, and suggest process improvements. The role is based in Nistelrode, requires at least MBO-level working and thinking skills and excellent spoken and written Dutch, and offers up to €3,450 gross per month with the prospect of a permanent contract. The position requires at least 24 hours per week, with full-time work also possible.
