R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to work at its Baltimore, Maryland service center. The role maintains customer relationships, tracks and monitors freight movement, resolves customer issues, performs daily freight tracing, and assists other terminals with freight-related matters. The position offers various Monday–Friday shifts, starting pay of $20.42 per hour, PTO after 90 calendar days, and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
