Tremco Construction Products Group is hiring a remote Customer Service Compliance Specialist to support the order lifecycle across Mountain and Pacific time zones. The role handles inbound customer inquiries, validates purchasing documents, coordinates contract approvals and vendor onboarding, enters orders into SAP, tracks shipments and billing, processes returns and credit memos, and maintains accurate reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least three years of office or business support experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and SAP experience is preferred. The base salary is $52,000 to $56,000, with health insurance and other benefits.
