Description
Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles to customers, load and unload vehicles onto custom car haulers, inspect the haulers, complete customer paperwork, and maintain safe driving records. The role requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, physical activity, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and completion of required notary, DMV, title, registration, chauffeur, or vehicle-verifier licensing processes depending on the state. Shifts are 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm on a four-day work week, with team members expected to be available seven days per week. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with performance-based growth to $24 per hour and benefits including company-paid healthcare premiums, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and professional development.
