Securitas is hiring an Employee / Specialist (m/f/d) for its Emergency and Service Control Center in Celle. The role supports customers and partners with alarm-handling questions, independently monitors connected hazard, fire, burglary, and robbery alarm systems, coordinates response personnel and response-time compliance, and oversees elevator systems, video connections, and special solutions. Candidates should ideally be NSL-certified or have emergency-control-center experience, but career changers with security or customer-service experience are welcome. The position offers a permanent contract, €2,300 gross during probation and €2,400 gross after, and requires shift work including weekends and public holidays.
