Jazz is hiring a Customer Service Operator to provide inbound support by phone and WhatsApp, answer questions about products and services, record and forward customer issues, handle complaints and request statuses, complete customer cases, escalate atypical situations, and identify potential consumer-protection referrals. The role requires a high school education, inbound customer-service and phone or chat support experience, communication and typing skills, and availability for a Monday-through-Saturday 6x1 schedule.
