Airbnb is hiring a full-time Partner Operations Manager, Mandarin to support its global Delivery function by managing partner and service performance, overseeing business process outsourcing operations, driving continuous improvement, and reporting to leadership. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, at least eight years of progressive customer service or operations experience including five or more years in partner management or BPO, and the ability to work weekends, be on-call, and travel across Europe, APAC, and North America.
