The Customer Service Representative will answer client inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer problems through calls, emails, chats, and voicemails. The role also involves following customer-service procedures, meeting performance targets, recording account changes, upselling when appropriate, and scheduling callbacks. Candidates need prior customer-support, client-services, sales, or related experience, strong communication and computer skills, multitasking and time-management abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
