Centro is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative & Production Scheduler in Davenport, Iowa, for a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule. The role serves as a primary customer contact for orders, delivery schedules, product changes, and inquiries; builds customer relationships; develops and maintains production schedules; coordinates with manufacturing, materials, and business-unit leaders; supports capacity planning and production reporting; and contributes to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of relevant manufacturing, customer service, inventory, supply chain, or production scheduling experience, and strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
