Description
The Workforce Center Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking employment, training, or supportive services. The role directs customers to resources, workshops, assessments, and internal programs; assists with job search, applications, resumes, cover letters, and labor-market information; maintains workshop schedules and customer statistics; and provides reports to leadership. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of customer service experience, workforce-service or diverse-population service experience, computer and communication skills, and a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
