TrailersPlus is hiring a bilingual Contact Center Representative in Nampa, Idaho to serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers by answering phone and text calls, assisting with appointments for trailers, parts, and service, and entering information into a customer relationship system. The position requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong customer service and multitasking skills, and a schedule of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday with one Saturday shift every three weeks.
