Description
The Ames Companies is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its ClosetMaid Ocala, Florida manufacturing facility. The hybrid role requires Monday and Friday remote work from home and Tuesday through Thursday onsite, with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule. Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, and live chat; providing pre- and post-sales support; processing and scheduling orders; monitoring inventory and shipments; handling returns and claims; and coordinating with sales, data analysis, production control, and other departments. The position pays $16 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer interface or customer service experience, strong technology and communication skills, and attention to detail.
