Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing various customer requests such as orders, special handling, quotes, returns, and product information. The individual will determine customer expectations, generate new business, follow up for ongoing satisfaction, and promote quality service excellence. Responsibilities also include timely processing, researching expedited requests, monitoring deliveries, generating price and delivery quotes, working with multiple currencies for international orders, and supporting local customer service teams.
