Nelson-Jameson is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Turlock, California, onsite, at $21.50 or more per hour. The role manages order processing, quotes, returns, phone and email inquiries, customer account requests, product questions, and front-desk coverage while collaborating with technical and administrative teams. A high school degree or equivalent and computer proficiency are required; business coursework, office or data-entry experience, Google Workspace and CRM/ERP experience, complaint-resolution experience, and international-order experience are preferred.
