Description
The Customer Service Representative greets walk-in and call-in customers, provides consultative sales and rental-rate quotes, writes contracts, processes reservations, assigns equipment, handles small equipment sales, and supports the rental manager and outside sales force. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of rental-coordinator or counter experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse-office environment. The position pays $18.00–$23.00 per hour and requires the employee to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
