Bapcor is hiring an Automotive Customer Service Representative in Preston to provide inbound sales support, answer product enquiries, resolve customer issues, record interactions, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, customer service and account management experience, relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet KPIs. Customer service experience is essential, while call centre experience is not required.
