Bath Planet by NW Bath Specialists is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Spokane Valley call center. The role answers incoming calls, makes up to 200 outbound calls and follow-ups, qualifies homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling, schedules in-home design consultations, completes confirmations, manages calls and appointment tasks, and enters customer information into a CRM. The position pays $18–$22 per hour based on experience plus commission, requires strong communication, phone, multitasking, computer, and data-entry skills, and offers full training and ongoing coaching.
