Steridose is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers and clients, handling inquiries, product quotes, RFQs, purchase orders, delivery acknowledgments, work orders, shipment monitoring, billing and shipping issues, and customer complaints. The role requires strong customer service and shipping knowledge, ERP experience with M1, Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency, and an associate degree in communications or business; related industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
