Description
Bluegrass Live Operators is seeking Customer Service Representatives who can handle inbound customer service, technical support, and/or sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat. The role requires individuals to be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, possess a clean criminal record without felony or fraud convictions, and have access to a computer and internet connection. Candidates must also be prepared to cover a $12.95 background check fee and participate in a four-week, unpaid virtual training program. A commitment of at least 15 hours per week is necessary.
