CD1 HandelsgmbH is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Vienna to handle customer inquiries, manage orders from verification through delivery, process returns and complaints, coordinate with parcel and supplier partners, maintain customer and order data in an ERP system, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires commercial or higher-secondary education, German language skills, customer orientation, and MS Office proficiency; prior e-commerce, ERP, ticketing, or consumer-electronics experience is advantageous. It is a full-time position with 38.5 hours per week and a minimum gross salary of €2,251.00.
