Circular IT Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve customers by phone, email, and chat, answering questions about products, orders, and services; investigating and resolving issues; keeping customers informed; coordinating with sales, logistics, or operations; and processing customer questions and agreements. The role requires strong communication, organization, Dutch and English proficiency, and a willingness to learn about IT products and services. Experience in IT, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous but not required. The position offers a monthly salary of €2,700–€3,100, along with development opportunities and secondary employment benefits.
