The representative will serve as a customer contact across communication channels, resolve inquiries and issues, coordinate with internal teams, document interactions, and escalate complex concerns. Candidates need strong written and verbal English, comprehension and active listening skills, and the ability to learn new tools and processes; prior BPO experience is not required.
