The role involves supporting and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries from the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries, and collaborating with internal teams like Production, Plant Management, Quality Management, and Sales. Responsibilities include managing customer portfolios, resolving issues, preparing reports, entering contracts, and increasing revenue through upselling. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, possess good communication skills, and have proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
