Datacom is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives based in Modbury, Australia, to support clients and deliver high-quality services to customers across Australia. The role involves empathetic, patient, solution-focused customer support, effective communication, problem solving, accurate task completion, KPI achievement, and multitasking across computer systems in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be Australian citizens able to obtain and maintain a security clearance, and must work a Monday-to-Friday rotating roster between 7:00am and 7:30pm.
