DHL Supply Chain is hiring a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative to process orders, prepare correspondence, provide product, service, and transit information, resolve customer issues, maintain customer and financial records, and support order and product management. The role runs from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays based on customer needs and mandatory overtime. The pay is $20.50, and the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–12 months of system, data entry, or reporting experience; warehouse experience is preferred. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available beginning on the 30th day.
