DHL Supply Chain is hiring a First Customer Service Representative to serve as a customer liaison, process orders, provide product, service, and transit information, resolve issues, maintain customer and financial records, and prepare reports. The role works Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and pays $21.35 per hour. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–12 months of system, data entry, reporting, or warehouse experience; preferred qualifications include Outlook expertise, dispatching experience, and inbound/outbound adjustment work.
