The Customer Support Representative provides prompt and accurate service to new and existing customers through email, chat, and phone, handling access issues, billing, service requests, suggestions, complaints, product information, and upselling opportunities. The role also involves troubleshooting, escalating unresolved issues, maintaining customer interaction records, recommending process improvements, supporting team members, and protecting customer information. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or at least two years of college completed, at least one to two years of contact-center customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft tools, and the ability to learn enterprise AI tools.
