Enexis is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support residential customers with energy-related questions, including connections and disconnections, smart meters, and outages. The role offers a hybrid schedule with office work in Groningen and home work, requires Dutch language ability and an MBO-3 diploma, and includes a four-week full-time in-person training course. Applicants must be available starting November 23 and for at least 24 hours per week, with the possibility of working 36 hours during training. The starting salary is €16.52–€20.06 per hour, and candidates may be taken on under contract after one year.
