Description
The Workforce Center Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking employment, training, and supportive services. The role directs customers to resources, assists with job search tools, applications, resumes, and cover letters, coordinates workshops and regional activities, maintains customer statistics and reports, and answers incoming calls. It requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of customer service experience, workforce service or diverse-population service experience, computer and communication skills, and a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
