Farm Boy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver customer service, welcome and assist shoppers, package and stock merchandise, maintain displays and work areas, follow health and food safety procedures, and complete opening and closing duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding conditions. Retail experience is an asset, while English fluency is required and French skills are considered an asset.
