Farm Boy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver customer service, welcome and assist shoppers, package and stock merchandise, rotate products, maintain clean and safe work areas, follow food-safety and equipment procedures, and complete opening and closing duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding conditions. Retail experience is an asset, while education and experience can be considered equivalent.
