Stramit is hiring a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative for its Rockhampton branch. The role serves as the main customer contact, handles inbound calls, processes orders, resolves issues and claims, maintains client relationships, and coordinates with branch, transport, and planning teams to support product delivery and pickups. The position is onsite Monday through Friday and requires at least one year of relevant customer service or sales experience, strong communication and administrative skills, and full working rights in Australia.
