The position requires strong computer, typing, customer service, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, U.S. work authorization, and two years of customer service experience. Bi-lingual ability and glass-industry experience are preferred, and training on glass materials will be provided.
